  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your team accessories in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is retained for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
